• Defective Products: If you receive a product with a material defect that prevents it from functioning according to its specifications, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, we will repair, replace, or issue a credit for the defective product.

• Conforming Products: Unused and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of your purchase order for a refund, provided the product is complete, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products, prepaid, to our facility. Additionally, the original shipping fee is non-refundable for all returns.
