Desktop Integration Mode Enabled by Default: With the Kiwi firmware upgraded to version 2.0 (bundled since v1.3), Desktop Integration Mode is now enabled by default, allowing users to immediately benefit from this smooth experience. It remains as an option to disable the relatively new feature when the explicit Capture/Release mode is preferred.

Refined Kiwi Communication: The underlying communication mechanism with Kiwi devices has been enriched, and device detection robustness further improved. These updates enhance compatibility, reduce friction in heavy use-cases and offer stronger support for increasingly common multi-Kiwi setups.

Introducing "Desktop Integration Mode", a seamless user experience that allows moving mouse pointer in and out of Kiwi App Windows as naturally as using local applications - with no need to explicitly capture or release the cursor. This new feature is OFF by default and can be enabled in Settings.

Automatic K/M Capture Release is introduced by a new setting - If enabled, keyboard and mouse capture will be automatically released after a configurable period of inactivity. This improves the user experience after a long period of inactivity on the target side.

Mouse Jiggling Controls – when user operates a target device with mouse jiggling enabled, jiggling will be suspended during the user operation and resumed after an idle period of inactivity. This new behavior is adjustable in settings.

Enable Target-Side USB-CDC (Serial Port) by default – The target-side USB-CDC (serial port) is now enabled by default, improving connectivity and ease of use for serial communication.
